PLEASE READ THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE A WAIVER TO BRING CLAIMS UNDER A CLASS ACTION OR TO HAVE A TRIAL BY JURY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO OUR PRODUCTS.

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Subscription Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the Normopharm subscription service for our supplement products, including the Lithium Ascorbate and Normotim lines (collectively, our “Products”), which are managed via the BOLD Subscriptions App. The Subscription Terms are provided by Normopharm, Inc. (including its affiliates and representatives, “Normopharm”). Throughout these Subscription Terms, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Normopharm.
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe to our Products.
These Subscription Terms apply to all subscribers and supplement users. Personal information submitted through subscription is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms do not apply to general website usage. Please refer to our Website Terms and Conditions for those.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO SUBSCRIBE TO OUR PRODUCTS. YOU MAY ONLY USE OUR PRODUCTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
1. Subscription Terms; Automatic Renewal
By purchasing our Products through a subscription (the “Program”), you agree that:

Your subscription has an initial and recurring payment obligation at the then-current subscription rate.

You accept responsibility for all recurring charges incurred prior to cancellation, including charges processed after your payment card’s expiration date.

Your subscription will automatically renew according to the frequency selected during checkout (e.g., monthly or quarterly) and will continue without further notice until you cancel.

You authorize Normopharm and its third-party payment processor(s) to store your payment credentials and automatically bill you each cycle until you cancel.

Charges will reflect the current price of Products in your subscription order, less applicable discounts, plus taxes and shipping.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED FROM YOU FOR AUTOMATIC RECURRING PAYMENTS.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate billing details. You are responsible for promptly updating your billing information if your card details change or become invalid. Failure to do so may result in subscription cancellation and collection proceedings.
We reserve the right to change pricing for any subscription Product at any time. You will be notified of such changes and have the option to cancel prior to your next billing cycle.
2. Products For Personal Use Only
Products, including any samples provided, are for personal use only and not for resale or redistribution. Any suspected resale may result in order cancellation or denial of service.
3. Unauthorized Sellers
Our Products are sold exclusively via normotim.com. We do not authorize third-party resellers (e.g., eBay) and disclaim all liability for Products purchased outside of our authorized sales channels. Purchases from unauthorized sources are not eligible for refunds, returns, or customer support.
4. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion. No payment will be processed until the order is verified and confirmed for shipping.
5. Shipping And Handling; International Orders
Orders are shipped FOB origin, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. Any additional costs due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues will be your responsibility.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Orders refused or abandoned

Shipments seized by customs

Orders returned due to address errors
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. International orders may incur VAT, duties, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Normopharm does not cover these costs.
6. Cancellation Policy
Your subscription will remain active and auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time by:

Logging into your account and managing your subscription, or

Contacting us at info@normotim.com at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time and without prior notice.
7. Return And Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first monthly subscription order. You do not need to return the product. Refunds will exclude shipping and any applicable VAT or import duties.
Refunds are limited to the initial order in a new subscription. Refills, reactivations, or subsequent shipments are not eligible. Cancelled and later reactivated subscriptions are also not eligible for refund.
